Consultation forms collect your name, email address, telephone number and selected telephone country. The contact form can also include a subject and message. Newsletter forms collect your email address. Please do not include medical records or sensitive health information in a general enquiry.

We save enquiries to respond to your questions, arrange contact and follow up on your request. Newsletter signups are recorded separately from consultation enquiries. We also record the source page, form and campaign parameters where present, to understand where enquiries originate.

The website runs on Vercel. Enquiry and administrator records are stored in a Neon PostgreSQL database in the United States. Private database and code backups are stored in Cloudflare R2, with the backup bucket located in Eastern Europe. Google Workspace hosts our contact mailbox. Information may therefore be processed outside your country.

Essential cookies support administrator authentication and save your cookie preferences. Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics cookies. You can change your choice using Cookie Preferences in the footer. Website infrastructure also processes connection information to deliver the site, enforce country restrictions and protect against abuse. Application rate limits use hashed IP identifiers.

Enquiries remain in the private lead inbox until removed as part of managing records. Routine database backups expire after 14 days. Administrator sessions expire after eight hours. Access to enquiry records is restricted to authenticated administrators. Contact NEO to request access, correction or deletion of information associated with your enquiry, or to ask about retention. Verification may be needed to identify the relevant record.

Emails sent directly to our mailbox are handled through Google Workspace. If you choose WhatsApp, a phone link or an external website, that service handles your interaction under its own policies. Website enquiries are saved in the lead inbox; an on-screen confirmation does not guarantee email delivery.

We may update this policy when the website or its use of information changes. The date above identifies the current website policy.
